CJN Promotions Affiliate Agreement

1. Earnings

You will earn 60% of all sales for CJN Promotions products shown on the affiliate resources page that are generated from your affiliate link paid directly to your ClickBank account.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your link is set up properly to track your referrals. Also, you have no right to commissions if a referral later returns and makes a purchase using a different affiliate link.

If your referral has cookies disabled or does not allow cookie to be set or deletes it, you will not receive any commission.

2. Payments

Payments will be paid directly to your ClickBank account.

3. Spam

There is zero tolerance with spam. If you spam, your account will be immediately terminated, as soon as the violation is verified.

We define SPAM as e-mailing ANYONE, about the products or services we offer, who has not requested the information directly from you.

Any type of advertisement about our products or services, posted to a forum newsgroup, or chat room, in violation of their posting rules, will also be considered spam.

You agree to comply with all U.S. State and Federal spam laws, including but not limited to the Federal CAN-SPAM Act.

If actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay $500 for each piece of spam connected with your account, or actual damages, whichever is higher, if actual damages can be reasonably calculated.

To be safe, ONLY email double opt-in lists.

4. Modification

At any time, with or without notice, we reserve the right to modify this agreement and all modifications will apply to you.

5. Termination

This agreement may be terminated at any time, without notice, by either party. If terminated, you will no longer earn commissions.

6. Miscellaneous

You must be 18 years of age or older to be an affiliate.

You understand that there is no guarantee that you will earn any money.

You are responsible for all costs and expenses you incur in the marketing.

This Agreement in all respects shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Florida, to the exclusion of any other applicable body of governing law, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

This Agreement is entered into in Pasco County, Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida for any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement.

You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement will be a court located in Pasco County, Florida.

Should any term of this Agreement be declared void or unenforceable, that term shall be severed from the Agreement such declaration shall have no effect on the enforceability of the remaining terms.

This Agreement contains the complete and entire understanding and agreement between you and us and supersedes any previous communications, representations, or agreements, verbal or written, related to the subject matter of this Agreement.

This Agreement may not be modified or amended orally, impliedly, or in any manner not set forth in writing or permitted by this Agreement.

This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and without notice, but only by amending this Agreement as posted on this website, unless otherwise agreed to in a writing signed by both of us.

Any amendments will become effective 30 days after being posted on the website, unless circumstances require that a change be immediately implemented. As a condition for this Agreement you agree to periodically check this Agreement posted at this page.

You agree that your continued use of our product or service after that date will constitute your consent and acceptance of the amendment.
